The story revolves around best friends Sophie and Ioseph. When Sophie returns to the town where they grew up after a year away, she can’t get in touch with Iospeh. The only way she can reach him is by entering the world they spent their childhood creating together. 

Night of Fireworks is a coming of age story, dealing with the fact that those you love can’t always follow you where life takes you. It’s about growing up and accepting that what’s most precious in life suddenly might be a fading memory.
